Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (ToS) includes rights for the client and the author. Any and all information in this TOS is final and shall be followed and obeyed at all times, if not, the transaction will be terminated and the client will be permanently removed from any Billy J Developments association.

1. Terms

Upon purchasing a model from Billy Johnsson Developments you agree to be bound and follow the terms of service and/or rules and regulations at all times. 

2. Terms of usage

Upon purchasing a model from Billy Johnsson Developments you agree to not re-distribute the asset(s) you have acquired. You are prohibited to take credit/to remove any already existing trademarks from the asset(s). If found breaking these terms, you will be terminated from any association with Billy Johnsson Developments.

3. Disclaimer

Billy Johnsson Developments will not be held responsible for any damage done to your game or development software. If faced with damage/issues on any of the above, feel free to address us by sending an email. 

4. Payment method

Any and all transactions with Billy Johnsson Developments s are done through Stripe invoicing or payment links.

5. Refunds

Any and all transactions with Billy Johnsson Developments are final. Committing a chargeback is a violation of these terms and will result in termination with Billy Johnsson Developments. If found with a defective asset(s), make sure to contact us by sending an email.

6. Liability

By accepting these terms, you agree that Billy Johnsson Developments are not held liable for any false information on the user end. This may include but is not limited to, unauthorized payments, invalid information, and unconsented purchasing by another user.

7. Licensing 

Billy Johnsson Developments offer two different set of licenses, one being a personal license for those who intend to use the model for their own personal projects without financial gain. The other is the commercial license which is suited for those who intend to use the model in a paid or commercial project. This term is up to the client to understand before purchasing. If found disregarding this information to get the cheaper option, Billy Johnsson Developments withhold the right to not provide the model to the client.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing a model from Billy Johnsson developments you're automatically bound to the terms of service. The terms of service may alter/change at any time, therefore the client is held responsible to stay updated at all times.
